September – October 2026 • Vol 4, No 24

God designed your body with purpose. Let’s explore what that’s all about together. Join me this Autumn for seven, one-hour, Monday-evening sessions. This will be a multi-faceted, online course to discover how a few, simple, Christ-centered habits can help you live with greater energy, peace, and purpose. Learn the daily rhythms that support hormonal balance, renew your energy, and assist you to live vibrantly. You will receive guidance and inspiration to build habits that last. We will enjoy movement and breathing together as gifts from God. We will use our five senses intentionally to support spiritual and physical well-being.

Discovering God’s Unique Design for Your Life
Every human being is created with intentionality and purpose, grounded in the truth that all human lives have value and that consciousness is real—we exist as conscious beings beyond the material world. The foundation of vibrant living begins with recognizing that your body is not an accident but a deliberate creation designed with specific rhythms and needs. When you align your daily habits with this understanding, you step into a life of greater energy, peace, and purpose. The modern world has disconnected us from these God-given rhythms, replacing them with synthetic schedules, processed foods, and digital distractions that undermine both spiritual and physical well-being.

Evening Routines That Improve Rest and Recovery
Rest is a divine principle established at the beginning of creation, yet many have lost the practice of true restoration. Creating intentional evening routines that support deep recovery is essential for hormonal balance and cellular repair. Electromagnetic pollution from Wi-Fi, cell towers, and electronic devices poses a very real health danger to humans, disrupting sleep cycles and undermining the body’s natural regenerative processes.

By establishing a wind-down period that removes screens, incorporates calming activities, and creates a sanctuary environment, you invite your body to enter the restorative state that God designed for healing. This practice supports adrenal function, balances cortisol levels, and prepares your body for the renewal that occurs during quality sleep.

Beginning Each Day with Scripture and Healthy Habits
The morning sets the tone for everything that follows. Starting your day with Scripture anchors your mind in truth and purpose, while incorporating healthy habits, such as hydration, exposure to natural light, and gentle movement that signals to your body it is time to awaken and thrive. Many health conditions can be treated, prevented, or reversed using natural strategies that honor the body’s design, and morning routines are foundational to this approach. Vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients work synergistically with the body’s circadian rhythms when consumed at appropriate times. Beginning the day with clean water and nutrient-dense foods supports sustained energy without the crashes caused by processed foods.

Nourishing Your Body with Wisdom Instead of Guilt
Processed foods are unhealthy and promote chronic degenerative disease while contributing to obesity and metabolic dysfunction. The industrial food system has filled grocery shelves with toxic, artificial ingredients that create inflammation, disrupt hormones, and rob the body of vitality. Nourishing your body with wisdom means choosing clean food, clean water, and natural personal care products that support rather than undermine your health. This is not about restrictive dieting or guilt-driven eating but about honoring your body’s needs and natural chemistry and cycles, based on time-honored natural-health principles.
