Health (or disease) is a function of many things. Experts often talk about key areas of health, including both physical and emotional aspects, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and/or financial. While this is a useful framework to categorize and build a common understanding of what impacts our health, it misses an important detail. Each of us, as we go through life, makes decisions that positively impact our health and other decisions that don’t. The trick is to do more on the plus side than the negative side.

To do that, we need to understand a few foundational measures that play a significant role in chronic conditions. They are oxygen levels, pH, and cellular energy. These three indicators are related, in that improvements in one often improve the others.

OXYGEN LEVELS • The relationship between carbon dioxide and disease was first studied by Dr. Otto Warburg in the 1930s. In fact, he won the Nobel Peace Prize for his research into cancer and tumor growth. From that, he hypothesized that one factor for a cell to turn cancerous was low oxygen levels. Though Warburg’s research is still debated, medical science strongly supports a relationship between low oxygen levels and cancer. So, keeping oxygen levels high is one way to help foster an environment where it’s more difficult for disease to flourish.

BODY pH • pH is a measure of how acidic or alkaline a particular substance is—remember high-school chemistry? The human body (blood) is slightly alkaline, although this is impacted by diet, environment, exercise, etc. Many diseases are linked to blood pH imbalances, but most notably, cancer, which grows more quickly in an acidic environment. Our bodies naturally regulate pH, but supporting this process with a diet heavy with fresh, organic fruits and vegetables can be very helpful.

CELLULAR ENERGY • The cells in our bodies create energy (via mitochondria and ATP), and that energy can be measured in millivolts (mV). Healthy cells measure between 70 and 90 mV, while diseased cells measure at 20 mV or less. As we age, our cellular energy decreases, but we don’t want it to drop significantly. The strategies that manage blood oxygen and pH (getting outside, exercising, eating healthy, etc.) can also improve cellular energy, but now, technology is also available to help.

THE ENERGY ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM (EES) is designed to increase cellular energy through light (bio-photons) and scalar waves. Systems have been available privately for years (Tony Robbins has one), but recently, they have been enhanced and are now available to everyone.

Pristine Wellness is proud to be one of the first EES installations in Montana. We are centrally located at 985 Technology Blvd. (off W. College St. between 19th and Huffine Lane), in Bozeman. Check us out online at www.pristine-wellness.com/nln, or call us at 406-732-8280. We’ll be happy to share some of the benefits our clients have experienced. We’re currently offering a Buy One Session, Get 1 Free for all new clients.
